MH Chat was formerly known as MH Support, although founded over 3 years ago now the site has been redesigned and rebuilt in june 2009, the site still has many of its original members today and new members too. The site is designed to help people from all walks of life that suffer with eg. Severe Anxiety, Depression, Panic Attacks, Phobias... in fact so many conditions to name.



I would like to personally thank Andrew Betts for his kind donation of the MH Chat domain that he has worked very hard on over the past few years.

Hi my name is Paul i am from the UK and the founder of this site, i myself coping better as a long term sufferer of Severe Anxiety and Panic Attacks. Over the years i have ventured upon many mental health websites that offer similar support to this one and in my opinion the more sites available on the www then more people are in turn getting access to help.

Here at MH Chat you will meet many friends who are also suffering from some form of mental health issue, so you are not alone, you can join our site and perhaps meet people whether its via our chatroom or through our forums, i myself have made many friends online using sites such as this one and it has been a great support for me.

Our forum please feel free to register and utilise our support forum, on there you can either access useful information covering various mental health issues, perhaps you would like to post your own ideas as well as coping techniques, please take note as the site is still being established it may take some time for the forums to become more active, although i am very proud with how the forum is progressing. So we need people like yourselves to register and support us with your input.

Forum notice Can all members take note that if i see any posts with other website links at the bottom of the posts, or i catch any member spamming other websites without admin consent, i will immediately remove the posts and withdraw your membership from the site.

We now have MH-Radio, our very own radio station, at the moment its only on for a few hours a day but as the demand for the radio builds, then i am sure we will be able to run the station on a longer daily basis. We have a lot of songs in our archives, and are happy to play any requests should you wish.

Please take note that when people come into chat wanting help they must get priority, you know its always nice and polite to say hi to people in chat and to make them feel welcome
